absolutely underwhelmed by this establishment, the bed was more unstable than my confidence in staying here again, and finding a shampoo spot in the bathroom was like searching for buried treasure. I expected at least a complimentary bottle of water to wash away my disappointment, but, alas, I was treated like any other guest. Almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't.

The location of Adagio Access is a major highlight, just a short 8-minute walk to the subway, making it easy to reach Munich's center in about 15 minutes. The apartment I stayed in was equipped with all necessary cooking supplies. it felt like being at home. The staff here deserve a shout-out for being genuinely helpful when I needed guidance. The free coffee available throughout the day was a nice perk, alongside the daily supply of croissants and buns after breakfast. However, the air conditioning issue needs addressing. It got pretty uncomfortable, especially during warmer days, as it was set too high. On one occasion, the receptionist's rudeness while handling a checkout request left me baffled. It detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay, particularly after dealing with the room's ineffective heating. Despite its flaws, the environment was overall enjoyable, and I appreciated the availability of weekly cleaning services without extra costs. Having a small shop for urgent necessities near the reception was a great touch. All in all, Adagio Access provided a comfortable base with convenience and good amenities for families, but improvements in air conditioning and staff interactions could enhance the overall experience.

It’s not perfect, but It’s memorable
A spacious one-bedroom apartment with a full kitchenette made our stay delightful. Just minutes from the urban station, exploring the city was a breeze! The staff was warm and welcoming, though the air conditioning needed attention. Cleanliness could use improvement, but we found plenty of local shops for supplies. Perks like free coffee were a nice touch!

We had a lovely time visiting the Hellabrunn Zoo, which was just a short drive away. The room was spacious enough for our large family, and having a kitchenette made things so much easier with a newborn in tow.
My wife says that the breakfast variety could improve.
